Renee has held executive leadership positions with the industry’s leading technology and consulting firms where she has managed teams responsible for the development and delivery of innovative solutions. Ms. Young earned her B.S. in Business Finance, Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and completed a Strategic Leadership Fellow from Yale University.
Renee established Aslan Consulting, which is a Southern California based professional consulting firm dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality of Information Technology related services. The mission is to solve business problems with management and technology-based solutions.
Aslan Consulting is a woman owned /disadvantaged business enterprise (WBE/DBE) certified by the Los Angeles County, Metropolitan Transportation Agency, as well as SBE/LBE/MBE at the City of Los Angeles.
Outside of her business, Renee is the President for the National Association of Women Business Owners – Los Angeles Chapter (NAWBO-LA) and the board chair for the House of Ruth, a non-profit organization that provides supportive services to those impacted by domestic violence.
Kyle works as an IT Management professional and comes with extensive experience in Service Desk environment including 24/7 customer support, training, strategic planning and operation maintenance while delivering a high-availability infrastructure.
Kyle is currently serving as an OCM Analyst conducting research and analysis of the existing and future base business processes, to determine impacts, and communicate the change impact of the implementation of the Statewide Child Welfare System implementation for the State of California. The work products includes as-is documentation, to-be documentation, gap/impact analyses, change readiness plans, OCM communications, and OCM training
Mr. Young earned his BS in Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) Business and Communication from Arizona State University. He is also certified in PROSCI.
